3. Terms & Conditions of Entry
Please note that we will not take any entries after Friday 5th March 2010.
Please do not ask us to break this rule, we won't!
Previous experience has shown that we need this cut-off period to organise the event and process the entrant details. Anyone who attempts to enter after this date will be contacted and advised that their form arrived after the deadline, payment will not be banked and they will be advised to enter on the day (subject to places being available).
We cannot be held responsible for your entry forms being delayed in the post, so please ensure you enter early to avoid such problems!
We cannot guarantee that you will get a place "on the day" - as many of you know we do get full and we do turn people away!
PLEASE ENTER EARLY AND ENTER ONLINE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT AND A WASTED JOURNEY!
